Resort in a superb location at walking distance from the Private Beach Club and to shops such as Starbucks, Panera, and many other restaurants, as well as supermarkets like Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart. It is also close to Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino. The condo is located in a vibrant commercial area. Across the street there is a Walmart and a pharmacy. We have a free shuttle to the Aventura Mall and to the beach.

There are some options of public transportation, best is to use a ride sharing app if you need to move around.

This a resort style apartment, we provide an initial set of linens and towels for your stay. We can provide a refresh at your request for a reasonable cost.

Self Parking (3-night minimum) $25 plus tax per day. Long Term Self Parking (7-30 nights) $175 plus tax. Valet $35 plus tax per day. **Parking is limited to two vehicles per reservation.
