Luxurious Château in Normandy 1h from Paris

The space We are delighted to offer the Chateau with exclusive use of the first 2 floors, which includes 4 Suites, 1 Family ( double) Suite and 2 Bedroom (PINK and GOLDEN), for a stay of 8-16guests ( please note that we can welcome till 35 guests in the Chateau or 43 guests in Chateau and Dependencies but it is with different conditions. If this is what you look for, you will have all domaine to your disposal but please contact me first). On the ground floor you will have exclusive use of the lounge, dining room, kitchen and Mumbai Suite (the only one without stairs). On the first floor you will find: 1. GREEN/BLUE Suite, a family apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with stunning blue tiles. The view from this apartment is on the park in front of the Chateau, on the park and forest to the rear (and from May a swimming pool!) and on the Chapel to the side. 2. RED Suite, our signature suite beautifully decorated, with a stunning bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet, featuring wooden cabinets with luxurious red and gold decoration. This suite overlooks the park at the front of the Château. 3. PINK Room, the only one with a smaller bed (140cm), and with a bathroom just across the corridor, but with splendid embroidery on the wall. The bathroom features an Italian shower, toilet and a view of the park and forest. 4. BLACK AND WHITE Suite, our "wedding" suite, extremely spacious, with view of the park in front of the Château. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. 5. VIOLET Suite at the end of the corridor, with view on the park and forest, and bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. 6. GOLDEN Room with double bed, with the shared bathroom with PINK Room. On the ground floor: *Very spacious Salon (Lounge of 52 m2) in splendid style with chimney, piano, high ceilings (4m) *Leading off the salon is 6. MUMBAI Suite, with maharaja bed, view of the park and forest, and bathroom with shower and toilet. * Dining room with table seating 8-20 guests, fully equipped for a royal dinner: plates, wine and champagne glasses, silver plates, chandeliers... of course with tablecloth and napkins (40 m2) *Kitchen of 23 m2 with 4m high ceilings, fully equipped with La Cornue (2 ovens, 5 fire cookers, grill) and large rotisserie grill, two refrigerators, microwave, coffee machines, pans, plates, glasses... *Patry for further storage of provisions You and your guests can fully enjoy our park of 3ha with its outdoor table and gazebo, huge BBQ, and our forest of 13ha for walks, jogging or meditation. New heated swimming pool is accessible exclusively to our guests. Our private tennis court is also at your disposal. We have some tennis rackets but we suggest to bring your own if you wish to play for sanitary reasons;) Our guests come often to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries in small family/friend groups. Most of our bookings are for weddings, August is our “ holidays” month where family and friends stay for 5-7 days enjoying summer around swimming pool and excursions to Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, Normandy beaches, Paris ... Chateau can welcome 35 guests in total, and with our Annex Studios and Lodge up to 43 guests but Airbnb offer is for small group: 16 guests with a possibility of 4 mattresses and 3 baby cots. We can as well recommend traiteurs and restaurants near by. We do not propose breakfast as we leave you in your private circle, but we highly recommend Jerome from P&J Atelier and his fresh croissants XXL delivered still warm directly to the chateau! Just let me know what your project is and what you need- both my husband and I love to make you feel pampered during your special stay! ​ Guest access Guests can access all of the park, forest, swimming pool and private tennis court (with previous booking with us) Other things to note The main building of the Chateau is only for you but we have an Annex and Lodge where other guests (and us) can be (maximum 10 other people ) unless you are booking all domain. We don’t allow pets anymore in the Chateau, only in Dependencies. They are not allowed during events ( wedding etc) . Swimming pool is open from 10.00 - 20.00 except specific request directly with us. You are fully responsible for the safety of your children, they must be always accompanied at the swimming pool and on the property. Don’t let them alone neither in the Castle, neither outside. Sunday, most of shops and restaurants are closed so we recommend to make provisions before or enjoy the day to visit Rouen, Deauville or Honfleur where everything is open! Be aware of stairs leading to the apartment. We are “ privat property” and outside public is not allowed in our property. Children had to be supervised PERMANENTLY during your stay.
