"In den Lagelanden" is located in a beautiful, rural manor house, between the city of Groningen (5KM) and the village of Lageland (2KM). With private bedroom, living room, shower, toilet and access to a private kitchen with accessories. The country house has been renovated and equipped with good insulation, heat & sound. Cozy and rustic decor, with all the comforts. Wonderful beds, with quality mattresses. Netflix, Videoland on 2 smart TVs & board games available!!! The space The country house is located on more than 4000m2 of land, largely surrounded by nature/forest and surrounded by open land with views for miles. You can almost take a "forest walk" there :) On this land, you will always find a suitable place to enjoy the sun, and there are several terraces available. Children will also have a great time here. Play equipment with swing and 2 slides and large trampoline (4 meters) available. Archery, air rifle shooting, BBQing/firefighting are among the possibilities. (In consultation with the Host) Ship spotting is possible at the Eemskanaal, every few minutes a pleasure yacht, sailing ship or cargo ship passes by. The bedroom is well soundproofed and pitch dark at night. Power outlets next to the bed for charging devices. The whole house has a good WiFi signal, From bed you can cozy up and watch Netflix. The accommodation features 2 good Smart TVs and good/solid furniture. 2 Chesterfield chairs are very comfortable and nice views of the garden and Eemskanaal. Kitchen with cutlery, pots and pans (new). Senseo, kettle, gas stove, hood and fridge. Coffee (Senseo) and tea available. The living room is cozily furnished with a classic country look, you will feel right at home here. Guest access Spaces as described are your private, nothing is shared with other people. Other things to note We offer you this accommodation at an ALL-IN price. So no service and cleaning costs, as with many other accommodations, which means that their initial (perhaps slightly cheaper) price turns out not to be so cheap anymore. You will receive bedding, towels, shampoo, soap and coffee+tea with your reservation! Pets are generally allowed after consultation with the Host. You are able to estimate whether your pet is suitable to bring along, without them tearing things down or keeping the whole house awake at night. However, we charge €10 extra for cleaning costs for pets (lessons learned from the past). Smoking can be done outside, not INSIDE! For the rest; A lot is possible in consultation.
