Victorian double room for study or holiday

Ladies only. Enjoy stylish experience with a view overlooking green spaces and trees. Quaint terraced house in historic West Quarter. First floor room. Centrally-located close shops. . Fast fibre broadband. Guests share large ground flr kitchen & large bathroom 1st floor. Other guests. Quiet cul-de-sac. Parking only if available on pavement. River quayside for walks and eating 10 mins walk. Town shops 5 mins walk. St. Davids Station 12 mins. Central Station 7 mins. Bus station 20 mins. The space Its an old wooden floored character house, 1878, with winding stair case. Room is freshly decorated and off first floor landing area, next to large shared bathroom. Kitchen is simple 'rustic' styled with large oak table and comfortable Lloyd Loom chairs. Pleasant view in kitchen to small 'green' veritcally shrub planted yard. The ground floor room beneath this one may also have guests during your stay. Double glazed windows keep out most noise, and the road is quite a distance away. The river can be heard going over the weir at night when window open. Owner sleeps and works in the top two rooms of house, and uses kitchen briefly cooking one meal a day in afternoon. I endeavour to keep kitchen free for guests in evening. Guest access kitchen and bathroom access. Breakfast help yourself to hot drinks, cereals and/or toast and fruit. During your stay I'm here most of the time unless on my boat, and can help with tourism guidance. Many brochures and maps in the house. Ask the day before, in case I am out the next day. We can exchange phone numbers, for quick messaging if any problem. Other things to note The room was a sewing room, and has many fabric stocks stored away in the cupboards. Room is large enough to still have spacious feel. In winter it is a very warm room with under floor hot water pipes when central heating is on.
