With plenty of open space for kids to play and roam, it's an ideal spot for making lasting memories. Located minutes from Hunter and Windham Mountains, North-South Lake, and iconic Kaaterskill Falls, outdoor adventures are always within reach. Explore the vibrant nearby towns of Phoenicia and Woodstock for local dining, shopping, and culture. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, with several closets reserved for storage. Barn and shed are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Other things to note: You will see deer in the yard regularly. They are cute, but please don’t feed them. Feel free to BBQ and enjoy the view on our deck furniture. We ask that you replace the cushions in the deck storage bin when not in use. There is no trash disposal service, so guests are responsible to take their garbage when they go❤️
