Foxes Wood is a quiet, dog friendly cosy non smoking bungalow situated in Binsted, a sleepy historic village surrounded by ancient woodland and home to St Mary's church, built in the 12th Century. Perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful base to explore the local, wildlife rich countryside and also great base to explore historic Chichester and Arundel (a 7 mile drive to Arundel Castle). Binsted is ideal for peaceful recreation, as many walkers, riders and bikers already know. The space A private 3-bedroom bungalow with ramp access and garden situated next to a private *children's play area with climbing frame and trampoline. The large deck outside Foxes Wood is the perfect place to wildlife spot, or watch a spectacular sunset. Inside, the 'mobile home' style bungalow has a large living room, shower room and dining space with a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a double sized bed, and the second and third bedrooms are both small twins. 'Mobile home' style single beds are on the skinny side. All bed linen and towels are provided, as are toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar. We really are a sleepy village living in harmony with nature and an abundance of wildlife and so must state that this property is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings or amplified music. It is absolutely perfect for a peaceful get-a-way, unwinding and enjoying the natural surroundings. Very well behaved dogs are welcomed at an additional (deep cleaning cost) of £20 per dog, (maximum 2 dogs) however we do need to highlight that there are chickens in our paddock next door, and deer cross the land daily and so we please ask that dogs are kept on leads at all times, whilst onsite. We have parking space for a maximum of two cars onsite. (Please advise number one f cars when booking) *at your own risk. We request that children are supervised at all times.
