Small but mighty: Immersed in nature, 10 minutes from Selfoss

This newly renovated little gem is offered for rent since autumn 2015: One enters the entrance hall with cloakroom and a small but functional kitchenette. From the vestibule, go straight to the shower room with WC. Links goes into it the living room and bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa bed (mattress width 1.60), a table with two chairs and a dresser. The room is bright and friendly and we look Trough the window into nature. The terrace has windbreak to the north and in the summer you can sit nicely with wide views to the southwest and west; down to the river, over the vast plain and the surrounding mountains. Sometimes here grazing horses in the pasture. The end-cleaning is not included in the price. We offer our guests to book it separately for 50 EUR or save by cleaning themselves.. You are welcome to decide and pay for the end-cleaning during your stay. If end-cleaning is not paid for, the cottage should be left clean and tidy for the next guests. It is also possible to pay for the cleaning through credit card after the stay.
