The popular car-free pedestrian zone with its many individual shops also begins here. The space The apartment on the ground floor has a small kitchenette, refrigerator, dining area, two antique single beds combined into a double bed, shower room and a seating area in the courtyard. The apartment consists of a large room with kitchenette, dining area for 2 and an associated living room area with sofa, TV and coffee table. The bathroom belonging to the apartment has a shower, towel and underfloor heating. Through the terrace door you reach the small, cozy courtyard, where a garden table and chairs are available for this apartment. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. Guest access We have a single parking space on our property, which is available to all guests of our 4 apartments for separate booking. A separate booking with us is required for the rental. Other things to note Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed. The apartment has a modern Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detector networked with the other devices in the house.
