Prince's Forge is a newly converted cottage with its own private parking and courtyard garden, located on the edge of the downland village of Peasemore. It is situated on a quiet country lane, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and has views across the neighbouring fields. It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by. The space Prince's Forge is a single-storey converted farm building set on the edge of a private garden offering a large kitchen/living area with views to the south, and french doors opening on to its own terrace and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and nespresso machine. There is an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The living area has a large three seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and footstool, Smart TV and dresser. WIFI is available. The hall has space for coats and boots and leads to the bedroom with ensuite shower room. Fully furnished with kingsize bed, feather pillows and duvet, cotton bed linen and towels, Molton Brown bathroom products, bedside tables, full length mirror and wardrobe. There is underfloor heating throughout.
