Only 3 minutes walk to the sea, ideal beach for children, quiet, shallow and warm. Just 5 km from Katakolo, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The town of Pyrgos is 10 km away. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a semi-double. There is also another semi-double bed in the living room, as well as a sofa bed. In the bedrooms there are air conditioners for cooling or heating and in the living room there is a fireplace for winter guests. Fans are also available, even for the terrace, for extra coolness in the summer. The kitchen and bathroom of the house are newly renovated. In the kitchen there is everything you may need to prepare food for the whole family, such as dishes and glasses, cookware, small electrical appliances, etc. The bathroom is large, fully equipped with water heaters for hot water and a washing machine. The large front terrace is very comfortable, has a large table with chairs, a 42" TV, a swing and various other furniture to make your stay there more pleasant. At the edge of the terrace there is a large barbecue - grill, with all the equipment for preparing food. There are also the side terraces, where in one there is the outdoor shower. Right in front of the house, there is our lush garden with various plants and trees and on the side is the parking space for three or four cars, inside the plot, with security and shade from our trees. Guest access The house is in a quiet neighborhood, away from crowds and noise. Within a three-minute walk, there is the beach, which is very clean, safe, quiet, ideal for children since it is quite shallow with warm waters. On the beach, right in front of the water, a large beach umbrella awaits you, along with chairs or sun loungers, so you don't have to bring anything but your personal belongings. Other things to note Within a 10-minute drive, you will find yourself in Katakolo, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, mini markets and tourist shops for souvenirs or other purchases.
