The area is 10min walk (600m) from Torrevieja's longest sandy beach - Playa La Mata and 4km from town centre. Large windows with sea views. Bedroom 2: two single beds, a bedside table with lamp, socket and USB charging point, electric ceiling fan, wardrobe with hangers and chest of four drawers. Living room: large four seat corner sofa-bed, coffee table, hat and shoe racks with hangers, TV stand with TV in Spanish/English, Netflix, WIFI, electric ceiling fan and a breakfast bar with chairs. Bathroom: large shower room, hand basin with build in storage cabinet, wc, electric socket and a mirror, hairdryer and essentials inc toilet roll provided. Bathroom was fully refurbished in March 2024. Kitchen: fully equipped and functional kitchen containing - fridge-freezer, electric oven/hob and extract fan, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a filter coffee machine, grill and smoothie maker. Balcony overviews the swimming pool and a courtyard, there are spectacular mountain and sea views too! Pool: facilities are free of charge and open all year round for both kids and adults. Containing adult swimming pool, kids pool area, tables, umbrellas and chairs, communal areas and showers. There is a property management maintaining all communal areas, pool and the gardens. Pool area has been fully renovated in March 2024. Additional items provided: hairdryer, beach and bathroom towels, iron and ironing board, bed sheets and blankets, additional pillows and basic toiletries/cleaning products and equipment, toilet roll and facilities to dry your washing. Baby cot and high chair available on request. You will also be beach-ready, with beach towels, coolers, umbrella, chairs, inflatables, snorkelling kit, kids toys and spare hats! :) Once back from the beach, there are some additional amenities that will help you enjoy your stay and fill some of the spare time. There is a WIFI, TV with Netflix included, a DVD player with a selection of movies, portable speaker, books and an assortment of table games. You will also find there a large number of touristic brochures about Torrevieja and surrounding areas and cities, which will be useful when planning your stay. Urbanizacion Balcon De Lomas has all necessary amenities on it's doorstep, it is a quiet and secure residential area. We recommend to rent a car for comfort and ease of travel. Once there, most bus journeys within town cost from 0,80-1,50 EUR. Guest access Keys as well as the pool access will be given to guests on arrival along with 24hrs emergency contact. Other things to note Please do not smoke inside, there is a large balcony with a table and set of chairs, where you will be able to smoke whilst admiring amazing sea and mountain views!
