There is an outdoor fire-pit at the back of the garden as well. The open-plan house is thoughtfully and stylishly designed, so you will undoubtedly feel at home the minute you walk through the door. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with plenty of room for everyone (table can extend), and a cozy living room area facing the southern patio. The house has a wood-burning fireplace and an energy efficient heatpump. There are two bedrooms inside the house, another bedroom adjacent to the breakfast patio and an annex with two additional beds, so there’s plenty of options and room for all. The house has fast and high capacity WiFi and Smart TV. It’s a very short 3 minute walk to the beach at Sejerø Bay, and if the wind is blowing from the South, you can be at the north-facing Kattegat beach in only 13 minutes. The Sejerø Bay beach has a bathing jetty and a common area with tables and benches for your use. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful - you can hear the birds singing and relax completely. It’s a short drive to the nearby fishing village of Havneby, or one of the many lovely farm shops or ice cream shops in the area. You can also go out to Gniben at the very tip of the peninsula, where Sejerø Bay and Kattegat meet. There’s a large supermarket in Lumsås, only a 10 minute drive away and you're only 30 minutes away from historic Dragsholm Castle and its acclaimed restaurant.
