A Frisian forest house: The Flying Fish room

In two turns, you will be on the Flevo route with your bike. This cycling route takes you past special places in the beautiful, Frisian countryside, but also within 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket in Nieuwehorne. You can take a long walk on the Bospad. You can also hike in the woods of Oranjewoud, which are within cycling distance of Hûs Jens. A little further away is Beetsterzwaag, which is also wooded and also lends itself well to a hike or a bike ride there. The space Room the flying fish is located at the rear of Hûs Jens on the first floor. From your room, you have access to your own private terrace from which you can look out over the large pond in the garden and behind it the forest that borders Hûs Jens. This room can only be rented in combination with the De Koekoek room. Guest access On the first floor is a central room with a dining table and chairs. Like the Koekoek room, this room also has a special style in upcycled furniture and accessories. You will have your own private bathroom. During your stay We at Hûs Jens are approachable in and around the house. If we are not there, we will of course communicate that well with you. Other things to note At Hûs Jens, a cat and a couple of chickens walk around. The latter, of course, provide a nice egg for you if you like.
