Villa located 200m from a sandy beach. On the ground floor: master bedroom with bathroom, living room (with piano...), open kitchen (where you can also eat), pantry and toilet with handwashers. Upstairs and half-bed: 3 other bedrooms. Two consist of a double bed and the other a single bed that can be set as a double bed, a toilet and a large mezzanine overlooking a terrace with sea views. The space The highlights of this rental are: - the location near the beach at the bottom of the bay (easy to access on foot) but also the other beaches of Locquirec and the port - the garden sheltered from the winds and its large terraces facing south quietly with its hot tub at 38• all year round - a free shuttle in summer within 50 m of the house will take you to the other beaches if you do not want to walk because they are not very far either (Moulin de la Rive, Port, Sables Blancs, Porz ar Villiec and other coves...) - Market at the port on Wednesday mornings - Locquirec is a small seaside resort very well located in relation to the various tourist attractions (located between the Île de Batz, the Château du Taureau, the Pointe de Primel, Carantec, and the Côte du Granit Rose, Ploumanach, the 7 islands, the Île de Bréhat...)
