Your unique stay next to Cinque Terre, Portovenere and the Poets' gulf.
GENERAL FEATURES: Cod. CITRA 011015-LT-0671 La casa di Nino & Lia is a cozy flat at ground floor, dedicated and arranged to make your stay in these unforgettable places. The apartment consists of two bedroooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds; one living room with a very romantic and old fashioned fireplace, kitchen with brand new furniture annexed to the dining room; a lounge with an amazing view on the gulf of La Spezia. No cars allowed nearby, so no horn will disturb you after a great but also tiring day visiting the beatiful Ligurian landscape. HOW TO REACH Are you traveling by car? The apartment is located in Marola, a charming suburb of La Spezia, just 5 minutes drive from the town center. You can park your car in the dedicated area, then 5 minutes walk through the narrow roads of a typical Italian coastal village, and you're there! Are you reaching by train? Then just outside the railway station of La Spezia Centrale look for the bus stop where P (Portovenere) or 11 Bus Line is stopping at. One ticket costs 1. 50 euros if you buy it at a "Tabacchino" or at the ATM at the bus stop itself. Ask the conductor to advise when the bus reach MAROLA. Once there, you're only a hundred steps from the apartment, a great way to keep yourself in good shape for the seaside! :) WHAT TO DO If you're here to write a book, the apartment it's very cozy and quiet, so you can have the peace to get a Nobel prize. But hey, I guess you're into long walking in touch with nature, since you choose to spend your free days next one of the most beautiful seasides in Italy. From La casa di Nino & Lia you can easily reach Portovenere (10 minutes by bus, even less by car), but also the railway station for an amazing tour to the five villages of Cinque Terre. I totally recommend a quickie to La Spezia downtown though, there's a lot of early 1900 buildings to see, if you're into architecture and stuff. Also Lerici, at the other side of the Gulf, it's very beautiful, definitely worth a visit, especially if you are more a sand beaches fan.
