You will be in the center of everything! This apartment in a multiple occupancy home is perfect for extended or multiple families looking for a better accommodation than a hotel. The space 3 bedroom and 1 bath lower unit in an up and down duplex. 1 of the bedrooms has a queen bed, 1 bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds in it. There is a full size bathroom with a shower. All bedding linens and towels are provided. There is a full size dining room with seating for 6 which leads to a full size kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and a microwave. All kitchen wear is also provided. Guest access Each floor/apartment has its own separate/secure entrance entering into a 1850sq foot apartment featuring a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for at least 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one bath. First floor apartment has a front porch. There is a large backyard that can be used by the guests but is shared with the guests staying on the 2nd floor so keep that in mind when only renting one apartment and wish to use the yard. Other things to note We also offer accommodations for up to 30 guests with all our vacation homes within a two-minute walk of each other. We do allow pets however there is an extra $75 pet cleaning fee as we have to shampoo the carpets and furniture. This is for up to 2 pets, each additional pet is $25. City of Niagara Falls does not allow overnight parking on our street, you will be ticketed at least $25 if your car is parked on the street between the hours of 3am - 6 am. On the day of your arrival make sure contact the owner on directions where to park if all your cars do not fit in the driveway. We reserve the right to request proper identification of every guest staying at the property prior to arrival.
