Location Our tastefully furnished, modern and light-filled vacation apartment is located across from the castle park. It is within walking distance to the idyllic harbor, the Husumer city center with its many beautiful shops and the shopping center THEO. Very good and cozy restaurants and cafes are located downtown, in the “Untere Neustadt” area, and at the harbor. The cinema (which still offers food and drinks!) is within walking distance. And in front directly at the North Sea/ Dockkoog you can reach it in 3 minutes by car and in 20 minutes by foot (the sunsets are worth it!). The Husum train station is easily within walking distance. By train you can reach St. Peter-Ording and Westerland/Sylt in just one hour. The amenities The apartment in a new building from 2020 offers you everything you need for a relaxing North Sea vacation: a cozy, bright living room with a sofa, armchair, cable Internet TV, Wi-Fi, a dining area, an open, high-quality furnished kitchen with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. One bedroom has been equipped with one double bed (180 × 200), the second with two single beds. The modern bathroom (accessible through the master bedroom) is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, washer-dryer and hairdryer. In addition, there is a separate toilet at your disposal. On the sheltered balcony you can relax and enjoy the view of the castle park and castle. The features The apartment is a non-smoking domicile. We are happy to provide you with Wi-Fi free of charge. A car parking space is at your free disposal. You can safely store and lock your bike in a shed. An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages can be added in the optional services. Important note for stays in October 2026: In October 2026, roofing work will take place in the area of the building. During the work, there may be occasional construction noise and other disturbances. Use of the balcony may also be temporarily restricted. The rental price is reduced during this time.
