Vacation home "Eifelschätzchen" at Lake Kronenburg

Welcome to our lovingly renovated vacation home. The "Eifelchätzchen" is a 10-minute walk from the reservoir. From the garden terrace you have a beautiful view of the Burgbering. The 27-hectare lake is designed as a recreational water. Beach with water rope course, tennis courts, boccia track, mini golf, playground, kiosk, cafeteria + restaurant are near the shore. For hikers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts, a small paradise in the beautiful Eifel. The space We rent out our lovingly renovated, detached vacation home. The house has 70 m² + conservatory and the property 400 m² The bungalow is suitable for 2-4 people or a family with up to 2 children. A high chair is available. The lake is about 500 m away. From the living room you can look at the Burgbering. The "Eifelschätzchen" is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. Of course, there is also a lively village life here. We provide you with a bicycle garage for your bikes. It fits a maximum of 4 bikes. --------small dog on request -------- The city of Dahlem charges €1 per night / per person and €0.50 per night for children. These fees are additional and must be paid on site. Fireplace use: for current reasons, we ask you to use the fireplace only if you have experience with it. A description is available in the house. Firewood can be purchased nearby. Terrace furniture and loungers are provided, as well as a Weber charcoal kettle grill. The layout of the ground floor: Entrance area / unheated conservatory with wardrobe and sitting area. Small hallway with access to the large bedroom, bathroom, and living area. From the living area you go into the small kitchen and into the children's room and to the gallery. - 1 large bedroom with 160/200 cm box spring bed and wardrobe - 1 small bedroom with a single bed 90/200 cm with a wardrobe. A travel cot (please bring) for a toddler can still be accommodated here. - Sleeping gallery with a bed 90/200 cm. The loft is not suitable for older people and toddlers. - Living/dining area with fireplace and FHD smart TV, bookcase, - small, functional kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, Cafissimo capsule machine and all necessary cooking utensils as well as dishes + cutlery. - Small but nice shower room. - Terrace to the garden with castle view (furnished in summer) - covered terrace to the street (if necessary, the smoking area is here) - No smoking inside the house. The "Eifelschätzchen" is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Or a family with 2 children. The price includes sheets, soap dispensers, tea towels. You can use everything that is in the house. Please bring towels so that we can save energy and not increase prices. Other things to note We ask that our guests bring their own towels and slippers.
