Fillmore Manor is located in tranquil Unity Village, just minutes from Kansas City and Lee’s Summit (and 20 minutes from the Truman Sports Complex). A two-story, English Cotswold-style home on the 2nd hole of the Unity Village golf course, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It’s perfect for large families, reunions, retreats, and other special occasions. Your stay includes access to our state-of-the-art fitness center. The space Built in 1921 and newly renovated, Fillmore Manor is beautifully adorned with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous living area with plentiful windows, and a spacious patio, all overlooking the beautiful grounds and golf course. The home has two Master Bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds and an additional bedroom with a full-size bed. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds. The house has all the essentials, including plenty of fine linens and towels, a hair dryer in every bathroom, iron with ironing board, Keurig coffeemaker, kitchen cookware and utensils, toiletries and soaps, air-conditioning, premium cable, 24/7 high-speed internet access with Wi-Fi, and more. Guest access You’ll get the keys to Fillmore Manor from our team at the Unity Village Hotel and Conference Center, who are committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness, and all the amenities of home. They will be available to answer questions or provide recommendations throughout your stay. Other things to note Unity Village provides 24/7 security on campus. The main entrance to Unity Village is blocked off at 10pm for security purposes and the Colbern Road entrance is open 24/7 with a security check point starting at 10pm. This is in place for the safety of the guests and residents on campus. No smoking. No weddings to performed at the house or yard. No more than 20 people at the home for an event.
