Private house on gated 43 acres with pool, jungle/valley/oceans views. Fully equipped kitchen, handicap accessible. Open common area for kitchen, wet bar, dining room overlooking the pool. Caretaker 24/7 at the entrance for security, laundry service or general needs. Laundry service is available at $7 per load. Drop off at 8a.m. and it will be returned next morning. If you need expedited service let us know. Trash removal as required. Beach towels are available for rent at $5 per towel. (House towels are not permitted for beach use). Beach mats are available for rent at $3 per mat Beach chairs are available for rent at $5 per day You will enjoy the quiet, tranquility, fresh air and sounds of the jungle on this property. The first level is fully open which enables and enhances the appreciation of all the elements of nature including sights, sounds and smells. Countless species of wildlife grace the property.
