Private entrance + patio. Private part of the garden/plot - not shared. The main building has no windows facing the front of the guest house and garden. Fresh guest house/attefallshus/tiny house/cabin from 2018: 25 sqm + sleeping loft 8.5 sqm. Compact, but fully-equipped small house, with most of what you could need. Complete kitchen and bathroom. Hall with clothing and shoe storage. Living room with sofa, TV and dining area for 2 - overlooking the garden. Note that the sleeping loft has low ceiling height, you can sit in bed, but not stand/walk. Steep stairs/ladder. The sofa is a sofa bed for 2, with extra bed mattresses. If you prefer to sleep downstairs, please let me know in advance, and I'll make sure the bed mattresses are in the guest house. Good indoor climate via fans and air-to-air heat pump (A/C). I, as a host, live in the house next door and am available as needed. But the vast majority of guests don't meet me during their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the guest house / cottage / annex, with a furnished patio, a private part of the garden, and parking on the driveway (1 car). If you need to store something, there is room in the garage. Other things to note Please respect that this is a quiet residential area, so no parties or loud noise outdoors. Maximum number of guests is 2. No guests other than those included in the booking (also applies during the day) - unless agreed in advance with me. For bookings for 2 people, please enter the names of both people in the booking, or enter the name of person no. 2 in the message to me. Booking for others is against Airbnb's rules - when in doubt, I may need to ask to see ID. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, due to allergies. The house is not suitable for children, for safety reasons: Steep ladder, open loft, elevated patio without railing, no child protection on corners, cabinets, electrical outlets, etc. Smoking indoors is not allowed (applies to all forms of smoking, including vaping). It is of course OK to smoke on the patio or in the garden, but please close the windows and door so that the smoke does not come in. The bathroom does not have underfloor heating, so the floor may feel a little cool in winter. However, the bathroom itself is not cool, but warm and nice. This is a "tiny house". Which means that even if it is fully equipped and all the furniture is full size, it can feel small. For example, the shower can be a little cramped (80*80 cm arched doors).
