Garden view tinyhouse, 3 min from lake Edsviken

Perfect base to visit Stockholm, but enjoy quiet mornings and evenings overlooking the garden. Private location, isolated from neighbors and street Fully equipped tiny house, w/parking 3 minute walk to the lake Edsviken, short walk also to the forest, and several nature reserves in the nearby area Walk distance to restaurants Sollentuna Centrum (shopping) 1.5 km Grocery stores 0,9 km Stockholm City/Arlanda: 20-25 min by car, or 16-23 min by commuter train + 8-13 min by bus Self check-in/out (key box) The space Private and quiet location in garden - with no view from neighbors or street. Private entrance + outdoor area. Own part of the garden/plot - not shared. The main building has no windows facing the front and garden of the guesthouse. Fresh guest house /apartment building/ tinyhouse/ cabin from 2018: 25 sqm + sleeping loft 8.5 sqm. Compact, but fully equipped small house, with most things you might need. Full kitchen and bathroom. Hallway with clothing and shoe storage. Living room with sofa, TV and dining area for 2 - with garden view. Note that the sleeping loft has low ceiling height, you can sit in bed, but not stand/walk. Steep stair/ladder. The sofa is a sofa bed for 2, with extra mattress toppers. If you prefer to sleep down, please let me know in advance, and I'll make sure the mattress toppers are in the guesthouse. Good indoor climate via fans and air-air heat pump (A/C). As a host, I live in the house next door and am available as needed. But the vast majority of guests don't meet me during their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the guesthouse / cottage / attefallhuset, with furnished patio, its own part of the garden, and parking in the driveway (1 car). If you need to store anything, there is room in the garage. Other things to note Please respect that this is a quiet residential area, so no parties or loud noise levels outside. Max number of guests is 2. No guests out of the one (s) included in the booking (also applies to daytime) - unless agreed in advance with me. In case of bookings for 2 people, please put the names of both people in the reservation, alternatively state the name of person no. 2 in the message to me. Booking for others is against Airbnb's rules - in case of doubt, I may need to request to see ID. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to come along, this in view of allergies. The house is not suitable for children, for safety reasons: Steep ladder, open loft, raised patio without railing, no child proofing on corners, cabinets, electrical outlets etc. Smoking indoors are not allowed (applies to all forms of smoking, including vaping). It is of course OK to smoke on the patio or in the garden, but feel free to close the windows and door so the smoke does not come in. The bathroom doesn't have underfloor heating, so the floor can feel a little cool in the winter. However, the bathroom itself is not cool, but warm and comfortable. This is a tiny house. Which means that while it's fully equipped and all the furniture is full size, it can feel small. For example, the shower can be experienced a little tight (80* 80cm vaulted doors).
