Perfect base to visit Stockholm, but enjoy calm mornings & evenings with garden view. Private location, isolated from neighbors and street. 3 minutes’ walk to lake Edsviken, short walk also to the woods Nice runs/walks in the area, four nature reserves. Walking distance to restaurants Shopping mall 1.5 km Grocery store 950 meters. Stockholm city/Arlanda airport: 20 min by car, or 16-23 min by local train + 8-13 min by bus. Self check-in/out (key box). The space Private entrance + patio. Own part of the garden - not shared with host. The main building has no windows facing the guest house's front and garden. Tiny house / cabin / cottage / guest house from 2018: 25 m2 (269 ft2) + sleeping loft 8,5 m2 (91 ft2). Compact, but fully equipped small house. Full kitchen and bathroom. Hall with space for clothes and shoes. Living room with sofa, TV and dining area for 2 - with a view of the garden. Please note that the sleeping loft has a low ceiling - you can sit up in bed, but not stand up/walk. Steep stair/ladder. The downstairs sofa is a sleeper sofa/sofa bed - it converts into 2 separate beds, with top mattresses. If you prefer to sleep downstairs, please let me know, and I’ll leave the top mattresses for the sofa in the guest house for you. Good indoor climate via fans and air-to-air heat pump (A/C). As the host, I live in the house next door and am available when needed. But the majority of guests never meet me during their stay. Guest access You will have access to the tiny house / cabin / cottage / guest house, with furnished porch, your own part of the garden, and parking in the driveway (1 car). If you need to store something during your stay, or want to drop off luggage before check in, there is space in our garage. Other things to note Please note that this is a quiet residential area, and no parties or loud noise outside can be accepted. If 2 people are coming, please either enter full names for both guests in the booking, or mention both names in your message to me. Booking for others is against Airbnb rules - if in doubt I may need to ask to see ID. The guest house / cabin is pet free to be allergy safe. The house is not suitable for children, for safety reasons: Steep ladder, open loft, elevated patio without railings, no childproofing on corners, cupboards, electrical outlets, etc. No smoking inside the guest house. You are welcome to smoke on the porch or in the garden, provided you keep windows and door closed. There is no underfloor heating in the bathroom, so the floor may feel a bit chilly in mid-winter. But the bathroom in itself is nice and warm. This is a "tiny house". Which means that even though it is fully equipped and all the furniture is full size, it can feel small. For example, the shower may feel a bit small (80*80 cm arched doors).
