Winterized cottage on two floors. Wonderful headland with rocks, lawn and sandy beach. Large swimming jetty with sun all day. Gazebo with infrared heating by the beach. Private wood-fired sauna and access to rowboat. There is an option to use the boathouse and connecting patio for an extra fee of €48 per day. The boat dock is 7.70 long. The space The cottage has two floors. On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and TV. The kitchen area is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Dining table with room for 5 people. The cottage has a water connection and a water heater with limited capacity. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an equipped outdoor toilet. There is a small solar heat fan on the ground floor as well as electric heating throughout the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with room for 5 people. The larger bedroom has a double bed with Tempur mattresses and a single bed as well as a crib. There is no baby gate and wardrobes are on the lower floor. Mosquito nets for 2 bedroom windows can be inserted if needed. PATIO, partly covered with outdoor furniture. It is also possible to set the table for dinner on the DOCK. Seat cushions are available. For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking! Sheets and towels are included The SAUNA is wood-fired with openable windows and a dressing room. There is cold water. Hot water is obtained by firing the sauna stove. (Make sure the water tank is filled before you start the fire.) Children's bathtub is available. In the dressing room, life jackets are stored in different sizes that can be used if needed. GARDEN HOUSE by the beach with infrared heat for chilly evenings. There is a charcoal grill and an electric smoker on the jetty by the gazebo. Leftover charcoal and chips are emptied into a metal bucket behind the gazebo. ROWING BOAT in fiberglass is available. When it rains, it must be drained. GARBAGE STATION is by the outhouse. We sort into 8 compartments. WOOD STORAGE is available next to the garbage station. Check-in and checkout can be flexible. Åland has the most hours of sunshine in the Nordic countries, but it is an island and it can be windy sometimes. Guest access Guests have access to their own cottage, sauna, gazebo, outdoor toilet, wood shed and 2 docks with furniture. A small rowing boat is also included. A boathouse with associated net shed is on the property but is not included. Other things to note The hope is that you as a guest will help us in our sustainability work. We recycle all waste. There's also an outdoor toilet. Enjoy the birdsong and the view of the ocean! There are also some pots with flowers (outside) that you are welcome to water!
