Location The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1500 meters from the village center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for an arrival by train! The center has an appealing and eclectic promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to feel good. House The modern, light-flooded apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for families. The bright living area with a large window front invites you to linger together. A cozy sofa area (couch with pull-out function 1.40 m x 2.10 m) invites you to cozy movie evenings with an Ambilight smart TV and adjoins the dining area for four people. The living area leads onto the south-facing balcony or loggia. The open-plan kitchen impresses with its modern, high-quality furnishings, including a large freezer compartment. The bedroom has an exclusive extra-long bed (2.10 m long and 2.00 m wide) for a good night's sleep. Another smart TV is available in the bedroom. A wellness shower with floor-level entry awaits you in the bathroom. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator Entertainment For entertainment in the evening, the smart TV with ambilights in the living room is provided. The bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. Of course, free Wi-Fi access is also included. There is also a radio with a CD player and a DVD player. Design & Style The apartment is decorated on 54 m² with a lot of love for detail, red color highlights are real eye-catchers. Park & Bikes So that you do not have to search for a parking space on vacation, a parking space is reserved for you in the underground car park. Max passage height is 1,90 meter. The clearance height is 1.90 m. You can park your bikes in the communal bike cellar of the complex. Baltic Mare vacation apartment – the place for perfect relaxation! Other things to note The mandatory tourist tax (for people aged 18 and over) is not included in the overnight price and will be charged separately.
