Location The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1500 meters from the village center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the center in about a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. You'll find the train station and shopping around the corner. Perfect for an arrival by train! The center has an attractive and versatile promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafés to feel good. House The modern and light-flooded apartment can accommodate four guests. The bright living space has a big window front and is ideal as a shared lounge for the family. Two rooms with separate bedroom are furnished for you with a lot of love for detail. The cozy sofa landscape (couch with pull-out function 1.40 m x 2.10 m) invites you to cozy film evenings with an Ambilight Smart TV and borders the dining area for four. From here you have access to the balcony/loggia, which is oriented south. The open kitchen shines with its modern and quality equipment. Even a large freezer was thought of. In the bedroom, the exclusive bed (excess length is 2.10 m long and 2.00 m wide) ensures a good night's sleep. Another smart TV is available in the bedroom. A wellness shower with floor-level entrance awaits you in the bathroom. This comfortable apartment can be easily reached by an elevator. Entertainment For entertainment in the evening, the smart TV with ambilights in the living room is provided. The bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. There is a radio with CD player and a DVD player. Design & Style The apartment is decorated on 54 m² with a lot of love for detail, red color highlights are real eye-catchers. The underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides a cozy indoor climate. All rooms can be darkened by electric shutters. Park & Bikes So that you do not have to search for a parking space on vacation, a parking space is reserved for you in the underground car park. The maximum clearance height is 1.90 meters. The clearance height is 1.90 m. You can park your bikes in the shared bike cellar of the complex. Apartment Baltic Mare – the place for perfect relaxation!
