This beautiful 3 bedroom dog friendly beach cottage is situated in the perfect location, with 10 metres of private beach and simply breath taking views of The English Channel beyond. Located in the small coastal town of Pevensey Bay you are just a 10 minute stroll to the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The larger towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill can be reached within a short 15 minute drive. The property sleeps up to eight in three bedrooms and has been wonderfully appointed throughout. The coast stretches for miles and from the end of your very own private beach you can walk all the way along the coast line through Eastbourne and to the cliffs of Beachy Head. The property inside matches the glorious surroundings with beautiful finishes and a clever layout that gifts a wonderful flow of indoor outdoor living. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is fully equipped with all appliances, and smart TV, a beautiful piano and magnificent views at every point of the beach and ocean beyond. The bedrooms have been well furnished with the master bedroom enjoying a king bedroom and a private terrace over looking Pevensey Bay. The second room is a twin room and the third bedroom is a quadruple room with two sets of bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and all linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels), for stays of two weeks or more, a second set will be provided. The property has free WiFi throughout and also has two off road parking spaces at the front of the property. A well behaved small to medium dog adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
