2 rooms for 7 persons, with private bathroom!

We are renting out the upper floor of our house, close to the beach. It includes two bedrooms and a private shower and toilet. The 'Zeeland' room has a double bed & a bunkbed. The 'Cuba' room has a double bed & the possibility of an extra bed. ATTENTION: If you want to stay in a room with more than 2 people, you pay € 15 pp per night extra! You pay this upon arrival. In low season, when you are only with 2 or 3 persons (in one room) we can give you a discount. The space Welcome to 'Casa Koudekerke'! Our two charming guest rooms are recently renovated. Both rooms are situated on the upper floor of our house. The 'Zeeland' room consists of two connecting rooms, separated by a door. The largest room has a double bed and a sitting area. The smallest room has a bunk bed. So it is possible to stay in this room with two people, but the space is also ideal for families or friends. The 'Cuba' room, with large and sunny balcony, has a double bed, but it is possible to stay with 3 persons in the room. We will place a third single bed in the room. Both rooms have a washbasin, a TV, DVD-player and with the kettle you can make your own tea and coffee. We have an extensive collection of DVDs, CDs and games that you can use for free. You can also use our free WiFi-network. Of course we provide you with fresh towels and bedlinen. ATTENTION: the price applies for 2 persons and one of the two rooms. If you want to reserve both rooms, half of the room rate will be added. If you want to stay in a room with more than 2 people, you pay € 15 pp per night extra! You pay this on arrival. You can use some bicycles for €5 per bike per day. In high season, from 25 June - 4 September 2016 and with (public) holidays we rent out the rooms for a minimum of 2 nights! If you want we can arrange a nice breakfast in our breakfast room, for 7,50 euro per person. Please contact us for other special rates / options, like renting bicycles, a little beachhouse, surfboard, fishing equipment etc. Guest access We have a separate shower and toilet for our guests. They are situated in between the rooms, on the same floor. You can use our breakfast room to play a game, read a book or just relax. When the weather is nice, you can sit in our garden. If you want, we could (normally) serve breakfast in the breakfast room. For breakfast we ask €7,50 per person, in addition to the room rate. Other things to note For safety reasons we may ask a copy of your ID.
