Welcome to our cosy 20 m² flat, independent from the main house, a quiet corner in the middle of nature, with beautiful mountain views... and only 25 minutes by car from Barcelona. 🛏 The flat: - This independent flat is set out separately from the main house and consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. - The living room has a sofa bed that is ideal for a third person. - The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. - The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower. - Wifi and Smart TV are both available. - Towels, gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer are all included. - Coffee, tea and infusions are all included, so you can start your day feeling energised. 📍Strategic location: - It is 25 minutes from Barcelona and 35 minutes from Sitges. - In a tranquil, residential area nestled within the natural embrace of the mountains. - The location is in close proximity to the Penedès area, making it an ideal destination for those wishing to visit wine and cava cellars. - A great place for hiking, nature trails, rock climbing and speleology. - The village of Vallirana is just seven minutes away, where you'll find everything you need, including supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. - The flat is mainly accessible by car, but there is a bus stop right outside that connects to Vallirana and from there to Barcelona. 🧳 Also perfect for extended visits: The flat is fully equipped, making it perfect for stays of several days or even weeks.
