House in Bräcke by St Olavsleden near Gimån

Entire downstairs with private entrance in house by St Olavsleden! 700 meters to Bräcke city center where there are ICA, Coop, liquor store, pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants, Sweden's award-winning ice cream bar. 700 meters to Folkets Hus where there is a library and free WiFi. 200 meters from Revsundsjön with good fishing. 5 km to a swimming area with a sandy beach. 9-minute drive to Gimån with one of Sweden's best trout fishing. 50 minutes to Östersund. The space The entire downstairs of a house in Bräcke. A double bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. (Towels and sheets are not included) As a guest, you clean up after yourself and leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. Guest access The house is located right by St Olavsleden, just a few minutes' drive from Gimån, one of Sweden's best fishing waters. Miles of views over Revsundsjön and Ammerön. Other things to note I can sometimes stay overnight in the upstairs apartment. But it's not soundproof in the house.
