RV Campsite Two spaces available.

This is a corner lot Nature RV Park in the center of a small town. You can have the whole corner lot to yourself, no near neighbors, quiet and peaceful for being inside a city. Directly across the street is a Kenyon Nature Park, a relaxing walking park at West Bramley and Kenyon Street. It features setting benches with a walking bridge that crosses over the street water runoff. Must give 24 hours' notice so I can get power turned on to the property. No beds, airbnb is working title issue. The space 2 spaces , 30 amp and 50 amp. full hookups. The lower spot laying north to south is the main space available, there is an upper space for RV camping, it lays east to west, but you may need longer sewer and water lines to reach hookups for the upper space, electric shouldn't be an issue. Guest access You can use either parking space, the lower RV space, is the premium spot of the two. Other things to note I generally don't leave power and water turned on 24/7 at the Nature RV Park, so I need a few hours advance notice to contact the city to have them come down and turn on the power. They can usually get this done within the hour, but they close for the day around 4 p.m. closed weekends. If you want to rent both spaces you must book as 3 guests then you should automatically be charged an extra $23 per night for the 2nd camping spot.
