The Old Living Room

Gamlestua is a cozy old Sørland house, built in about 1640. The house is fully restored, and is located on the courtyard of Østerhus outer farm. There are four beds and a loft with two more beds. Large garden with outdoor furniture and nice hiking possibilities nearby. There is a separate Brewery house with an old baker's oven, which can be used as a barbecue room. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The house is located 4 km southwest of Grimstad city center. Driving time to the Zoo 20 min, and Arendal 20 min.
