Paradise Island is a one-of-a-kind property located on the Platte River.. The Riverside Cabin is a two-bedroom ranch overlooking the river, and perfect for a getaway. One King bedroom, one room with a bunk and a twin bed. Make use of a full kitchen, outdoor grill, fire pit, and furnished patio. The space Paradise Island is a 20+ acre rural private property located in the middle of the Platter River. On our property are two short term rental cabins, and a mixed-used rental building. Public spaces are shared only with owners, and these few renters. Each cabin is situated to allow moderate privacy between cabins. Each cabin is appointed its own fire pit, outdoor grill, and outdoor seating. Public spaces include a small private swimming lake and beach, kayaks, paddle boards, a fishing shed with miscellaneous fishing equipment, a horseshoe pit, and acres of wooded trails. It is a one-of-a-kind location for couples, families, or groups of friends. Our property is also home to outdoor farm cats, and a coop of chickens. Pets are always welcome, but please be respectful of the resident critters. Guest access Guests have access to their cabin. *Please do not enter any other building than your own cabin except for our fishing shed. Guest have access to all outdoor public spaces (please respect the patio spaces of other cabins). Shared private beach, and swimming lake. River and sand bar access is available on the south end of our property. Please enter any water at your own risk. Rivers have currents that can be dangerous to children, pets, and even adults during certain seasons. Life jackets highly recommend, and available in various sizes in the bin on our beach. Please DO NOT bring outside watercraft into our private lake. You may use your own personal watercraft on the Platte.
