Fern Cottage is a peaceful 2-bedroom retreat with brand-new king and queen mattresses, a full kitchen and inviting spaces to reconnect. Grill and dine outdoors, watch for wildlife, enjoy games together, have a relaxing movie night or head out to Deschutes Falls and Mt. Rainier. Come back to string lights, sounds of nature and a place designed for slowing down. The space Fern Cottage offers two bedrooms plus a separate TV room with a full-size sleeper sofa. The main level includes the king bedroom, bathroom, open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry and TV room. Upstairs, the queen bedroom occupies its own level. The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, tea kettle, toaster, cookware and basic seasonings. Complimentary coffee, snacks and bottled water are provided. Gather in the open living area with a large Smart TV, comfortable seating, dining table and bar seating. Books and board games are ready for relaxed evenings together. Both bedrooms feature brand-new mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, comforters and multiple pillows. The king bedroom also offers a sitting area, storage, reading lamps, ceiling fan and wooded views. Outside, the large covered patio offers hammock chairs, lounge seating, outdoor dining and a propane grill with fuel and grilling utensils provided. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the woods and meadow, or settle under the string lights and listen to nature after dark. Full-size in-unit laundry, detergent, towels, toiletries and extra blankets are provided. Additional sleeping options and a Pack ’n Play are available upon request. No pets allowed. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of Fern Cottage, including both bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living areas, in-unit laundry and large covered patio. Enjoy the designated meadow beside the cottage for relaxing or outdoor play. Free on-site parking and keypad self check-in make arrival simple. Fern Cottage is located on a multi-home property, but the homes are well separated. Fire pit access may be available upon request when local burn restrictions allow. Other things to note A few details to help you plan your stay: Fern Cottage’s queen bedroom is upstairs and reached by narrow cottage stairs. The king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, main living area and TV/sleeper room are all on the lower level. The home has one bathroom, located downstairs and accessed through the TV/sleeper room. If the sleeper sofa is being used at night, other guests will pass through this room to reach the bathroom. Fern Cottage is located on a multi-home property. The homes are well separated, and guests have exclusive use of the cottage, covered patio and designated meadow area. A pool elsewhere on the property is visible from the cottage but is private and not available for guest use. A fold-out twin bed, queen air mattress, Pack ’n Play and additional sleeper-sofa comfort topper are available upon request. Fire pit use may also be requested and is available when conditions permit, subject to local burn restrictions.
