Our bright, large and modern home is situated a 5 minute drive from the centre of Wymondham, famous for its historic Abbey. In the pretty town centre you will find pubs, cafes and riverside walks. We are only 7 miles south west of Norwich, on a good bus route into the city. We are 40 minutes to the pretty Norfolk Coast. We have plenty of parking and are situated in a very quiet spot, with countryside views from your bedroom. We offer a comfortable home from home stay in a double room. The space We are very pleased to share our home with you. The house is large, comfortable and modern on a quiet part of Whispering Oaks Estate, overlooking trees and scrubland, with no road going past the house, so it is extremely peaceful. Your bedroom is light, airy and large, on the second floor with a very comfortable double bed. It's plainly decorated with functional furniture. There is hanging space in the wardrobe for you, a desk, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Your own ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a covered deck at the rear of the house and garden, as well as a sunny patio area. If the weather is nice, you can have breakfast outside. Price includes breakfast which is usually a simple affair including cereals, juice, tea/fresh cafetiere coffee, toast & preserves and occasionally fresh muffins or brownies! You may partake in our kitchen/breakfast room. There is a good selection of pubs and restaurants in town within 30 minutes walking. We are near to two supermarkets as well as other local shops and facilities. We are 10 minute from Lotus Engineering Centre at Hethel, 15 minutes to the N & N and UEA.
