The space We have 4 apartments of type B which are equipped with a bedroom and a sofa bed for the 3rd person in the living area, an open kitchen/partial kitchenette with partial dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster and are about 36 m² in size. The furnished terrace is on the natural pool side with evening sun and city views, shower/toilet. Free Wi-Fi in all our apartments. All our apartments have different furnishings and layouts, as they are located in a historic building. The complex is located on the outskirts of Leutershausen directly on the lake. In the complex there is a natural swimming pool, with sun loungers, a children's playground for children up to 6 years and a trampoline. Right in the Thomasmühle, you can indulge in massages in our "Vitalis" health center. Please be sure to request directly when booking. Fishing is possible right at your doorstep. Guest access Our guests have access to the natural swimming pond with loungers, the playground and trampoline. One parking space per apartment is included. We are happy to offer our guests a wide selection of brochures and information about the region. Other things to note We offer our guests a laundry package for €15/person. It includes a hand towel/shower towel and bed linens (covered). Payment is made on site. Please let us know at least 5 days before your arrival if you would like to book this. The towel change is always free of charge.
