La Cascade, with it's spacious and bright open plan living/dining area with views over the woods and waterfall, has been tastefully renovated with exposed beams and original stonework giving you a real sense of history whilst feeling comfortable and modern. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the equipment you need for a traditional home-cooked meal around the large dining table. A furnished private terrace and BBQ is located on the sunniest side of the Gite, lending itself to sunbathing and relaxing with a good book or dining al fresco. Perfect for a large family, two families or a group of friends traveling together, this gîte has three large bedrooms in total. The Master bedroom is on the ground floor with its own shower and toilet and on the first floor there are a further two double rooms arranged as twins, with a shower and toilet. La Cascade is the uppermost gite at La Maillerie, a 17th century water mill where chainmail was forged. It makes an ideal spot to get away from it all and really relax with family and friends.
