Welcome to Camping Abenaki Aventure in Odanak! Our C6 chalet offers modern comfort in a beautiful wooded setting. It has a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with two versatile sofa beds (convertible into two twin beds or a large double bed). Enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Ideal for families or friends (up to 4 people). On site: water games, Odanak trails and the Abenaki Museum nearby. Patio set and outdoor fireplace included. The space Your comfortable chalet includes: - A closed bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage (bedding provided). - Large, bright living room: A living space with a cathedral ceiling, a Smart TV and two modular sofa beds (convertible into 2 single beds or 1 double bed for 2 additional people). - Large equipped kitchen: Cooker with oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and full set of dishes so you can cook as if you were at home. - Private bathroom: Full bath-shower with towel set included. - Superior comfort: Air conditioning (heat pump) for summer and underfloor heating for absolute comfort in winter. - Outdoor area: Terrace with picnic table, outdoor fireplace for your campfires and a recycled asphalt parking space right next to the chalet. (Note: This accommodation is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, or a maximum of 4 adults). Guest access Enjoy all the camping! In addition to your private cottage, you have full access to the common areas of Camping Abenaki Aventure, including: Water games. (Summer season) The common terrace. Toilet blocks and laundry room. (Summer Season) 🕒 Hours to be respected: Check-in: From 15:00. Check Out: By 11.00 am. (Note: Any late check-out must be validated with us. Additional charges may apply, subject to availability). Other things to note 🔒 Security deposit (Caution): Rest assured, this is a standard procedure. In accordance with the terms and conditions of our campsite (available on our website), a pre-authorization of $250 will be made on your credit card on arrival. Please note: This amount is not debited, but simply temporarily "frozen". It is automatically released following your departure after inspection of the premises. 🐾 Our animal friends: - Dogs: They are welcome! A $50 surcharge per stay applies to cover the cost of the thorough cleaning required after your stay. - Cats: For strict reasons of hygiene and severe allergies, cats are unfortunately not allowed in the chalets. 📝 Tax exemption (Aboriginal status): Although we are located on Odanak territory, the Airbnb platform automatically collects and remits a portion of the taxes to the government. As a result, we are unable to apply the tax exemption to bookings made through the Airbnb platform. If you are eligible, we invite you to keep your invoice and apply for a refund via the usual government forms.
