The space This detached bungaloft is in one of the most charming and friendly waterfront communities, surrounded by walking paths, biking trails, beach, playground, and a splashpad. The Marina is just an 8 minute stroll away — perfect for launching your kayak, canoe, paddleboard, or boat and enjoying the calm of the lake. Step inside and feel instantly at ease. - Primary Bedroom: A generous space with a queen bed, premium bedding, accent chair, full length mirror, ceiling fan, and wardrobe. The ensuite features a stand in shower, bathtub, vanity, and toilet. - Bedroom 2: A cozy second bedroom with a queen bed, premium bedding, a closet, and a full length mirror just outside the door. The second bathroom offers a stand in shower, vanity, and toilet. - Both bathrooms are stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, washcloths, and hair dryer. - Living Room: A warm, inviting space where you can curl up by the gas fireplace, watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV or play board games. Utilize the dedicated workspace with a office desk and ergonomic chair. A convenient charging station keeps your devices ready for the day. - Dining Room: A bright, separate dining area with seating for four — perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, evening conversations or boardgame night. - Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen designed for cooking, hosting, and savoring. Enjoy a gas range, split oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, food processor, kettle, waffle maker, air fryer, coffee machine, cookware, bakeware, drink and serve ware, and complimentary coffee, tea, seasonings, and condiments. - Laundry Washer, dryer, detergent pods, dryer sheets, iron, ironing board, vacuum, and wet mop are available for your convenience. - Porch: A generous front porch with seating for four — a beautiful spot to watch sunsets, moonrise, gentle rainfall, or the occasional rainbow or northern lights (if you are lucky!). Please bring cushions inside during bad weather. - Patio: A spacious deck built with care. The shed holds four patio chairs and a folding dining table for your use. Kindly return them to the shed after enjoying the space. - Backyard and Future plans: We are avid gardeners and are working hard to redesign the backyard to create a flourishing organic herb and vegetable garden for guests by Summer 2027. We plan to enhance the patio with a gazebo, comfortable seating, and an outdoor grill — coming soon to elevate your outdoor experience. Thank you for your patience as we bring this vision to life. Guest access - Your stay is fully private — no hosts, tenants, or other guests on site. - The basement and garage contain host belongings and remain locked. - There is a locked supply closet in the primary bedroom for hosts and cleaners. - Two additional upstairs bedrooms and one bathroom are locked and will be launched during Summer 2027.
