Tinel Longo – Luxury Villa in the Heart of Trogir Tinel Longo is a beautifully renovated XVII-century villa, just steps from Trogir's center. This spacious 150 m² villa accommodates up to 8 guests (6+2) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across three floors. Enjoy modern comforts including A/C, heating, and a large 50 m² terrace. Perfect for a relaxing stay with easy access to local attractions. The space Tinel Longo is a house of 150 square meters that sits at only few steps from the very center of Trogir, only 50 m from the bridge connecting Ciovo Island and Trogir center. It has a huge terrace with covered patio and is suitable for a maximum of eight people (6+2). The Villa has three floors, with three bedrooms (2 master suites and 1 kids room) with en-suite three bathrooms and a toilette. Parking is off-site and it is available for free but for only one car. If you need extra parking space, please inquire about it! Tinel Longo is fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms and it provides all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home. GROUND FLOOR Living area & Kichen The main entrance places you on the first floor of the house, where you enter into the spacious living area (50 square meters). In this living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the comfortable sofa or on one of the lounge chairs. You can also choose from hundreds of international channels on the Satellite TV on the 42” LED television. In this open space you will find also a large and beautiful kitchen. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove top, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware. The kitchen is also linked to the dining area, which is furnished with a spectacularly large table with 8 chairs. A toilette is also on disposal on this floor. Terrace Left from the main entrance, you can access to our beautiful terrace of 50 m2 equipped with a wooden patio with a large table with chairs. On the terrace an outside shower is also provided as well as a stone sink. From the living room of Tinel Longo, you can access to the upper floors through an inside staircase. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom #1 (Town view) This large bedroom (15 square meters) on the first floor faces the town of Trogir. The bed is an EU queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). You will find the cotton linens and towels to be beautifully soft and luxurious. There is also an en-suite full bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom #2 (Garden View) The second large bedroom (15 square meters), also on this floor has an EU queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). You will find the cotton linens and towels to be beautifully soft and luxurious. There is also an en-suite full bathroom with a walk in shower. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom #3 (Garden View) The kids room located on the second floor (roof floor) has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). It also come with an en-suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Living room #2 Also on the roof floor there is another living area with two armchairs and a sofa which converts into a double bed. A flat screen TV with satellite channels is also available.
