No smoking, no snuff, no animals. The space Very nice modern flat/studio with all facilities. Small, cosy and very efficient. Possible to sleep 4 persons when also using the sleeper sofa. Optimal for 1-2 persons. Floor heating and silent modern ventilation system with pollen filters makes it a very pleasant atmosphere all year around. Separate outdoor veranda with outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque available during summer season. Guest access This is a separate flat complete with all facilities. No facilities are shared. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine with dryer, cable-TV, Wi-Fi, small walk-in closet, work desk which also can be used as a dining table, separate sleeping alcove and additional sleeper sofa in the living room - all exclusively for guests in the flat/studio. Other things to note There are 4 shopping centers in Sarpsborg, a number of restaurants and bars, football teams, ice hockey and several floorball teams in the Norwegian elite, a bustling music life, cinema and a square in the center where there are often events. The city was founded by the viking king Olav the Holy in 1016 and the many historic sites from the Stone Age and younger can be visited (stone carvings, stone rings, burial mounds, Borgarsyssel rural museum, Roald Amunsdsens home, Hafslund manor house, Borregaard manor house, etc.). The Glomma river runs through the city and the impressive waterfall has been the foundation of 2 of Norway's major industrial companies and it can be spectacular in the time of floods in May / June. Borregaard is claimed to the most advanced biorefinery in the world today. The Inspiria Science Centre and Borgarssyssel museum is also worth a visit.
