Katy Trail is so close, with Spring, Summer, Fall and Xmas events! The space Within walking distance of both Trailhead brewery to the East, approximately two blocks away, and Starbucks to the West, about 1 block away! Or sit out back on the patio and enjoy the wilderness within the city. A huge back yard, mature trees and the occasional red fox sighting. Guest access First floor access. Second , basement, is for utility access and not storage. Other things to note Our guests will receive discount sheets from shops on Main St. With special activities each season, such as Xmas pageants, chestnut roast, and people dressed in old time costumes with Santa there too, to make it a memorable time here! Katy Trail and all shops and restaurants and all activities downtown are only about 2 blocks away, so no driving is needed at big events or not!!
