There's a private on-site dock, high-speed WiFi and room for up to 6 guests, this glamorous, yet cozy getaway is made for easy weekends at the lake. And don't forget about ice fishing and ice skating when Turk Lake freezes over! The space Completely renovated from top to bottom, inside and out, this bright and modern lakefront cottage was designed to make the most of its setting on Turk Lake. The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen and living area overlooking the water. Large folding glass doors open almost the entire lakeside wall to the deck, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor space and giving you beautiful lake views while cooking, relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. The updated kitchen features generous counter space, a large peninsula with seating, full-size, brand-new appliances and plenty of room for preparing meals together. The adjoining living room offers comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing after a day on the water. Step outside onto the spacious lakefront deck, furnished with outdoor seating and a propane grill. From there, you're only steps from the shoreline and private dock. High-speed WiFi makes it easy to stay connected during your visit. Guest access The lakefront experience: IMPORTANT: The property is directly on the water. Children and pets should be supervised at all times near the shoreline and dock. Swimming, boating and other water activities are undertaken at guests' own risk. Lake life starts right outside the door. Spend the morning sipping coffee overlooking Turk Lake, relax on the waterfront deck in the afternoon, fire up the propane grill for dinner, or head down to the dock and enjoy the water. The expansive folding glass doors can be opened to connect the living area directly with the deck, making the lake feel like an extension of the cottage. Guests have private access to the entire cottage, lakefront deck, yard and dock during their stay. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Because the parking area is limited, oversized trucks and some large SUVs may not fit comfortably. NOTE: The cottage does not currently provide kayaks, paddleboards, boats or other recreational watercraft. We plan to add some of these additional lake amenities for the '27 summer season, but guests should only rely on amenities specifically shown as available at the time of booking. There is no washer or dryer in the cottage due to small holding tanks, but "Laundry Station Greenville" is just a few minutes away in Greenville.
