Enjoy this beautifully furnished 3 bed/2 bath + sunroom (w/AC) home filled with lots of extras... lawn chairs, pool floaties, beach towels, umbrellas, pickleball paddles, games, puzzles, etc. It's our home away from home too so it's got it all. 2 person golf cart included. Waiver must be signed. No cleaning fee. Treat it like your own home and leave as you found it. The space Quiet subdivision on a street in Belvedere subdivision with wonderful neighbors. Pets not allowed. Smoking not allowed. Parties not allowed. Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower. On the other side of the house, you'll find 2 bedrooms and one full bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, and closet. 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle underneath, dresser, chair and closet. Small desk and wireless printer. Two dining areas each with seating for four (one in the kitchen and one between kitchen and living room). Lanai is my favorite spot in the house. Enclosed area with comfy seating and cooled through a dedicated mini split system for the lanai. Other things to note Nightly rates include up to 6 guests. Additional charge for more. Centrally located in The Villages- Village of Belvedere. Perfectly located to all The Villages has to offer, including over 50 golf courses (3 practically in the backyard), pools, recreation centers, and team sports. Short golf cart ride to Sumter Landing.
