If you like to be active, you won't need a car! The space Our cozy duplex was built in 1932 and has been remodeled over the past 2 decades. We've managed to keep all the charming elements of an older home while incorporating some modern necessities. When you walk through the front door and into the the living room, you'll encounter a comfortable leather sectional, a gas fireplace and an ocean view. There's a 55" Smart TV wall mounted above a laptop workstation. Connect all your devices to fast WiFi. Watch over 100+ channels on YouTube TV or stream your favorite show. YouTube TV is provided free of charge. All other streaming apps are easily accessible. Guests must log into their accounts. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and serve a fabulous meal for the whole family. There's full size appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Ninja blender, etc). The kitchen cabinets are also stocked with cookware, tableware, storage containers, serving bowls, cooking utensils, BBQ grill utensils, and much more. There's a built in water filter next to the kitchen faucet. The dining table seats 4-6 guests. The 1st bedroom includes 1 queen size Casper memory foam mattress wrapped in high end linens and plush pillows. There's 2 nightstands, 1 tall dresser and a built in closet for storing personal belongings. Above the tall dresser is a wall mounted smart TV. The 2nd bedroom includes a trundle bed with 2 single/twin mattresses, a tall dresser, a full size closet and a second laptop workstation underneath a wall mounted TV. The full bathroom features a stand-up shower equipped with dual rain shower heads and body jets, along with a sleek glass shower door. The laundry room, located outside along the east side of the property, includes a stacked washer and dryer. This space is free to use and is shared with any guests residing in the attached apartment. The Weber BBQ grill is located on the wood deck in the backyard along with some outdoor furniture. This space is also shared with any guests residing in the attached apartment. As with the vast majority of houses in North Manhattan Beach, our home does not have air conditioning. If there is a heatwave in the summer, homes can get hot and we want everyone to be aware of this in advance. There is a ceiling fan in the 1st bedroom and portable fans in the living room and 2nd bedroom for summer months. There are 2 complementary parking spaces on the driveway in front of the house for this apartment. Hit the beach with complementary beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and beach towels.
