A great central location within a half hour of delaware beaches likeBroadkill, Lewes and Rehoboth beach, minutes from the delaware state fairgrounds, killens pond state park / waterpark, and minutes from historic downtown Milford with tons of great resturaunts, the riverwalk and shopping, but it is nestled out of the way in the country where you can have peace and quiet and not have to deal with all that traffic. The pool on the property is available to use upon request.
