Guest access Tenants have access to a variety of community amenities designed for convenience, relaxation, and everyday living. Enjoy the community pool and sundeck, stay active in the fitness center, or unwind in the resident lounge and courtyard. Outdoor spaces include grilling and picnic areas as well as a dog park. The community also offers 24-hour access, on-site management and maintenance, door-to-door trash pickup, online services, and planned social activities. Other things to note **Other Things to Note** **Pet Policy** * Maximum of 2 pets per reservation * No aggressive breeds * Weight limit: 50 lbs * $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee * We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community **Mid-Term Stay Prep** We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available. Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed. **Maintenance Access** * **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.).
