On weekends the higgihaus@cheltenhamlane is made available to groups visiting the City to celebrate milestone events, but in the week it becomes a perfect base for a group of 4 or 5 colleagues here for work. The house is comprised of four spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms, an amazing sitting room (which can double as a bedroom), a big kitchen/diner and rear courtyard. The kitchen/diner on the ground floor is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, oven, a microwave/combination oven, a large fridge, a small freezer, a large capacity dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen/diner opens onto a small, but perfectly formed private rear courtyard that contains plenty of outdoor seating. In the sitting room, there's plenty of room for guests to play board games (provided), read, listen to music, watch cable TV (Virgin), catch a movie (Netflix) or just relax and unwind.
