Bring the whole crew to Cannonball Acres, a 2,700-square-foot family gathering house on 4.33 wooded acres near Greenbrier and about 15 minutes from Conway. The private pool gets plenty of attention. The deeper advantage is room: adults can settle on the deck or in the living room while kids rotate between the pool, game room, outdoor space, and their own den. With four bedrooms, a convertible office, two indoor bathrooms, and a seasonal pool bathroom, the house sleeps up to 13. The space Cannonball Acres was made for groups who want to be together and still have room to breathe. The home sits on 4.33 acres in a quiet, established country neighborhood near Greenbrier, with groceries and everyday conveniences about 7 to 10 minutes away and Conway roughly 15 minutes away. During pool season, the center of gravity is the private 22-by-40-foot pool, approximately 3 feet deep in the shallow end and 8.5 feet in the deep end. It has a usable diving board, a basketball goal, and a rope divider to keep the littles in the shallow end. The surrounding fenced area includes loungers, swings, hammock chairs, a gazebo with a large Weber gas grill, an outdoor television, and a seasonal full bathroom with a shower and changing area. The elevated deck overlooks the pool, giving adults a comfortable place to relax while keeping an eye on the action below. The converted garage is a sports-themed game room with a full-size ping pong table, a multi-game arcade cabinet, and a two-player basketball shooting game. A separate den gives children and teenagers another place to stream, play Wii, or just goof off in their own space. Adults have plenty of their own territory. The vaulted living room has exposed beams, a large television, leather seating, a piano (in case Billy Joel sees this), and glass doors opening directly to the deck. A separate dining room seats six, the breakfast nook seats four, and the kitchen island adds two or three more seats. The kitchen is stocked for actual cooking, with full-size appliances plus an air fryer, mixer, slow cooker, griddle, rice cooker, toaster, and a well-supplied spice drawer. Sleeping arrangements include a queen primary suite, a second queen bedroom, a bedroom with two full beds, a superhero-themed room with three twin beds, and an office with a comfortable convertible full-size memory-foam mattress. The office mattress unfolds close to floor level. The home has two full indoor bathrooms. A third full bathroom is outside at pool level and is available only during the pool season. Outside the pool fence, guests can gather around a large fire pit with Adirondack chairs and supplied firewood, shoot baskets at the in-ground basketball hoop, set up the portable pickleball net, or simply listen to the cicadas and crickets. The double-width circle drive and additional parking areas provide ample room for several vehicles and trailers. RVs and boats are welcome to park, although hookups are not provided. We stay here ourselves for part of the year, which means the house is comfortably furnished and stocked for short visits and longer stays. Family meals, birthday gatherings, team trips, and daytime visitors may be approved in advance. Disruptive parties and neighborhood disturbances are not permitted. Guest access Guests may use the home, upper deck, pool and gazebo during the stated pool season, game room, den, fire-pit area, sports areas, circle drive, and open lawn. The detached 30-by-40-foot shop, locked cleaner closets, exterior crawl spaces, maintenance storage, pool equipment, and marked owner-storage areas are not available to guests. The indoor fireplace is not available for use. Other things to note The pool is private and unheated. It is generally open April through early October, depending on weather, maintenance, and annual winterization. Confirm availability before booking dates near the beginning or end of the season. The exterior pool bathroom is seasonal, not climate-controlled, and unavailable when winterized. The game room has portable air conditioning but is not connected to central HVAC and currently has no permanent heat. The game room is accessed through the three-twin bedroom. Three steps separate that bedroom and game-room area from the main level. Stairs lead from the upper deck to the pool. A longer exterior route has fewer and gentler steps, but the property is not represented as accessibility-certified. The office sleeping surface is a convertible memory-foam mattress that unfolds close to floor level. The indoor wood-burning fireplace is strictly unavailable to guests. The property uses a septic system. Only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. The detached shop and marked owner, cleaner, maintenance, crawl-space, and pool-equipment areas are locked and unavailable. Arkansas country life includes insects and occasional wildlife. Guests should keep doors closed and supervise pets outdoors. A Blink video doorbell is located at the front entrance and monitors the front entry area. There are no other exterior cameras.
