Located at the end of a well-maintained county road, this completely private guesthouse is perfect for hunters or anyone ready to enjoy the outdoors in northwestern Colorado. A large, attached shop can be used to park UTVs, trailers, or hang game. Includes washer and dryer. Our place is clean, comfortable, and ready to accommodate your needs. Onsite horse boarding can be prearranged. The space The guesthouse is a completely private and separated space. It shares a wall with a large, well-maintained barn used for equipment storage (not animals). The guesthouse sits on a large property used by the owners for raising horses and a small flock of chickens. Guest access The entire space can be used including plenty of parking.
