Private Annexe Nr Goodwood - Views to South Downs

Hidden away, off a peaceful bridleway and set in over an acre of wooded garden, The Green Room Bed & Breakfast is located in Rogate, between Petersfield and Midhurst. A self-contained building with its own private entrance (via steps) and garden area with wonderful views to the South Downs and free parking. Plenty of walking and cycling directly from the house and a short drive to the south coast beaches, Petworth, Goodwood, Chichester, Winchester, Portsmouth and South Downs Way. The space The room has been decorated to a high standard and boasts a King size bed, flat screen TV, radio and wifi. THE ROOM IS ACCESSED BY EXTERIOR STONE STEPS AND THEREFORE NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS. Particularly lovely are the French doors leading onto a juliet balcony with fabulous views to the South Downs and the high vaulted ceiling with painted beams. There is an en-suite bathroom with power shower, free toiletries and a small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. We provide tea, coffee, milk, fresh orange juice, yogurt, fruit compote, bread, jam, honey and marmalade for breakfast. Please let us know if you have any food allergies when booking. There is a private garden area adjacent to the room with an outside table and chairs where you may choose to take your meals, enjoy a glass of wine or just chill out. Bikes may be stored safely in the locked garage free of charge. (We have two bikes that may be borrowed at your own risk). The newly reopened White Horse pub is a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and takeaways a short drive away. Please note this property is NOT suitable for children or infants.
