Self contained Oak Framed Studio in Village garden

Situated in the Vale of Belvoir, this self-contained, open plan studio sleeps two people comfortably and includes a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, high speed Wifi and Smart TV. Surrounded by countryside, Harby is ideal for walking, cycling and being in the great outdoors. There are an abundance of public footpaths in the Vale and we can provide plenty of inspiration and maps! The space This oak framed open plan studio has a vaulted ceiling with large windows and oak beams, giving it an alpine lodge feel. The studio’s kitchen is well equipped, with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. Breakfast items including tea, coffee, milk, granola, porridge, croissants & fruit are provided. Guest access Kitchen, shower room and flagstone patio with furniture. The studio is situated in the back garden of our house, so access is via the drive and along a small path. Private access with key safe, code will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Access to the sleeping deck on the gallery floor, which has limited head height, is by flat tread step ladder, so not suitable for very young, elderly, disabled or those not confident or agile enough to climb a ladder safely and step over a low wooden beam. Alternatively, sofa beds can be made up for you. On the sleeping deck there are two single mattresses on low frames, and on the ground floor one faux leather bed settee, which can be made into a bed downstairs. The shower room has an electric shower with curtain, hand basin and a toilet. The studio is equipped with a smart TV and a Bluetooth connected surround sound speaker system. Local OS maps are provided which you are welcome to use. You are more than happy for you to bring your dog with you. If you allow your pet on the sofa, please bring a throw or rug big enough to protect it from hairs and footprints. We would ask that dogs be kept off the beds. They should not be left alone in the studio. Many of the local pubs are dog friendly, including the pub in the village.
