The river connects with the Rivière aux Saumons and Lake Louise, offering a magnificent body of water for outdoor enthusiasts. A boat ramp is nearby for launching your personal watercraft (boat, jet ski, etc.), if desired. The property includes a private dock, hammocks, paddle boards and kayaks, as well as several outdoor games, a sandpit for children, an outdoor shower and a campfire area. The cottage is equipped with a charging station for Tesla electric vehicles. The cottage was designed around a large covered terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. You will find a swing, rocking chairs, a large dining table, a barbecue, outdoor lighting, a fan, a patio heater, and a projection screen for your movie nights. Inside, you will find a modern kitchen with a huge island that can accommodate up to six people. The open area also includes a folding table with four additional seats for meals or board games. The cozy living room features an electric fireplace, perfect for creating a warm atmosphere. The cottage is equipped with an air exchanger, air conditioning and a large fan to ensure your comfort in any season. The full bathroom includes a ceramic shower. For families, several baby items are available, including a booster seat, a playpen and a baby bath. A fully equipped laundry room is also available. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a fan and includes a queen size bed. A beautiful hardwood staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find an elegant glass railing and a reading corner from which you can admire the view. Two bedrooms are furnished. Each includes a double or queen bed, a mezzanine bed, storage spaces, and toys for children. Whether you're looking for relaxation, water activities, family time, or just a place to get away from everyday life, there's something for all ages and for all tastes. Other things to note Water: A separate faucet, reserved for drinking water, is installed in the kitchen. You can use it with confidence for drinking, cooking, and preparing your meals. Mezzanine beds: The mezzanine beds are primarily intended for reservations of 7 or more people. For smaller groups, floor beds are preferred. If needed, a children's camp bed, an inflatable camp bed mattress, and a baby playpen are available for toddlers. ***“Mezzanine beds are intended for children who are able to use them safely and under adult supervision. Toys: - In the black bins in the upstairs bedrooms, in the outside bin, and in the shed, you will find a selection of toys belonging to our children. They are very proud to share them with the families staying at the chalet. Please take care of them, put them back in their place after use, and leave them at the chalet when you leave.
